Rescheduling Lessons
If you need to reschedule a lesson, please give as much notice as possible (ideally at least 48 hours). Missed lessons without advance notice will not be made up.
We may occasionally need to reschedule lessons due to piano festivals or studio events. I will do everything I can to make rescheduling easy.
If a mutually agreeable time cannot be found, we can credit the lesson.
Extra Lessons
Extra lessons each month are always available. Please let me know if you would like to schedule one.
events, festivals, and competitions
Recitals and studio events occur throughout the year. Dates may vary, and additional events will be added as they are confirmed. Please visit Resources to learn more.
Tuition
For students enrolled in weekly lessons, tuition covers 3 lessons per month. Additional lessons can be added based on the hourly rate. Tuition is due by the 10th of each month. Tuition received by the 1st may be discounted $10. If tuition is received after the 10th, please add $10. Exceptions to the monthly payment schedule must be discussed in advance.
Arrival & Pick-Up
Please check with me first if you need to drop off early or pick up late. I often come home just moments before teaching or leave right after, and I will not leave if students are still here. Usually it’s not a problem — we just need to discuss it first.
Scent Sensitivity
Please avoid wearing perfume or scented lotions to lessons; scents can trigger migraines.
Communication
I’m always happy to talk with you about your student’s progress or any questions or concerns you may have. I am grateful to be working with all of you!
